Upcoming missed opportunity….. Blade. How do you fumble this? This is the equivalent of a 98 yard scoop and score but dropping the ball 2 inches before the goal line. It was right there. Rodey was in position, the character, from day 1…. Every one of us would have gotten on board to see him take the mantle and go through the growing pains.

Basically Marvel is going to focus on core characters. They have plenty. Deadpool, Avengers, Fantastic Four, Dare Devil an X-Men alone will keep the busy for six years alone. Spider-Man as well if Sony does not mess that up.
There is no need for another Avengers movie yet. That is my first disagreement here. Literally the Avengers disbanded. The expectation for that to immediately change just comes off as entitled. They did that specifically to do other stories outside of Avengers. When people scream that, it tells me they don’t care about the MCU but the care about Avengers. That is detrimental to Marvel to me.
Next. I just find it odd that people complain about new characters getting spotlight and built up while complaining about them moving away from how the first few characters built up. They are doing the same thing they did back then. It is simply more than just films this time around. And this view that you have to watch it all to enjoy it. It remains incorrect. Connections are easter eggs. You could never watch any of the shows and be fine. You wouldn’t be “lost” as there is a tendency for exposition in marvel products to highlight important things.
Armor Wars, yeah, that’s what it has been planned as the whole time essentially. The Skrull aspect makes it more personal for Rhodey as he would feel even more responsible.
Asides, VisionQuest, the Okoye series, and the like were never officially announced. In the works means preplanning seeing the possibility of it going anywhere, That has zero to do with being announced, especially when based of “he said, she said” and not actual statements from those in control. It seems people have misunderstanding of terms which gets them making themselves upset about things. Thats a personal thing to address, not whine about oublicly for no reason.
