They’re never really going to shake the perception that they’re taking a bunch of table scraps and trying to make full meals from them. So many of these secondary and peripheral Spider-Man characters don’t need or can’t sustain their own solo movies, but Sony is going to desperately try anyway because they’re money-hungry executives who don’t have to share those characters’ movie profits with Disney.
Sony should let Marvel Studios use all the Spider-Man characters and they collect the check, imagine if Marvel Studios made Madame Web (again) and they get everything right, Spider-Man is in the movie, the timeline is correct and the movie is a success at the box office.

Personally I think if they wanted to make a madam web movie then they should of gone with an older version like from the amazing spiderman cartoon series. I would of cast Sigourney Weaver in the part. I’m not sure why it’s just who I see as a great fit.

If Sony had a brain in their skull, and we know they don’t, they’d just give up and hand the rights back to Marvel/Disney, which we know they won’t. I say have Beyond the Spider-Verse cause a major incursion that wipes out Sony’s Spider-Man Universe and have the survivors end up in the MCU to face off against Tom Hollands Spider-Man. 😉👍
Yes, it is much better that Sony returns the rights to Spiderman, Marvel Studios, how good the movie is, it is more from Sony than Marvel, like Morbius, all Sony movies are bad movies, like Madame Web, Marvel Studios, that Sony Disney bought Sony.
